Exercise classes run in blocks of six to eight, but you are very welcome to join at any point during the term.
Monday – Friday 8.05am - 9.05am (Meet Dripping Pan car park)
Monday - Friday (excluding Wednesday): 9.15am – 10.15am (Meet Dripping Pan car park)
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evening: 6.30pm -7.30pm (Meet Dripping Pan car park)

Tuesday and Thursday from 8.05 to 9.05.
These classes will be more suitable for those who are new or returning to fitness or for those rehabilitating post injury. Similar in format to the other classes but lower in intensity and impact. But even in the other classes there are mixed abilities and there are always alternatives to every single exercise!
The next block will commence on Monday 3 June and finish on 26 July . 8 weeks in total, so £64 if block booked in advance. Or for those who can't commit to a whole block for whatever reason, drop-in is fine and is £10 per session.
People are welcome to start at any point during a block.
The cost for classes if block booked in advance on a half-termly basis is £8 per class. A block is normally is 6 - 8 weeks.
Drop in is also available for those who want an extra class or don't want to commit to a whole block. Cost is £10 per class (please note, there will only be space for a maximum of ten people per class so pre-booking is advisable).
Remember, if you block book an exercise class for a specific day and time and can't do a class, if you provide reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours), you can transfer to another exercise class within the term if there are spaces.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE FOR ALL NEWCOMERS! Do come and try. No commitment thereafter if you decide it's not for you.
