Personal training is exercise tailored to your fitness levels and lifestyle.
What sets you apart from other personal trainers?
I prefer bodyweight exercises as opposed to weights. Because your programme becomes yours, by this, I mean not a gym or personal trainer dependent.
Better still, bodyweight exercises are entirely portable - no equipment, no excuses. You can exercise anywhere and anytime!
Be that as it may if you’re recovering from an injury or training for a specific event, using weights can benefit your training plan. So you'll be pleased to know I’ve got a large selection of weights, bands and kettlebells to help you to achieve those goals.
What can I achieve with personal training?
Among other things, personal training sessions can help you to:
• Get into shape, feel better and more energised
• Increase your strength
• Train for an event which requires a level of fitness, such as running your first 5k
• Lose weight
• Return to exercise following surgery or an injury
• Improve your mental health by reducing stress and at the same time improving self-esteem

Free initial fitness consultation
All personal training sessions start with a free 20 to 30 minute phone consultation .
The aim is to understand your fitness level and your goals.
In addition, the session will give you the opportunity to ask me questions and decide whether I’m the right personal trainer for you.
